As CEO of BeyondDEIBA, Dr. Fatima Alleyne delivers impactful solutions and trainings to educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and private corporations. She specializes in STEM and healthcare entities that share her commitment and passion in not just centering DEI, but grounding DEI principles, in all aspects of their organization.

She has also facilitated workshops at the national and international levels on a myriad of topics, such as: building diverse teams, bias, cultural competency, community engagement, and inclusive teaching; and coached others in the successful submission of research proposals, one of which led to the successful submission of a $1.2B project. Her goal is to leverage her engineering doctorate and professional experience to serve as a leader, role model, and mentor in the STEM profession and DEIBA.
